The Hemper Wild West Cowboy Boot XL Bong is a cowboy boot in borosilicate glass at XL scale — tooled leather detailing worked into the glass, the shaft forming the chamber, and a heel that doubles as the base. It was Hemper's August 2025 Wild West theme, and it's a piece that gets the shape right: a boot is a tall chamber on a wide sole, which is exactly what a bong wants to be.

August 2025 was a single limited batch, as with every Hemper monthly theme. No reissue, no second run.

How it performs

The sole-and-heel base is long and flat, so it's one of the steadier tall XLs. Standard bowl and downstem. The boot shaft is a straight chamber, so the draw is much like a large straight tube — direct, with plenty of water in the way to cool it.

Hemper's XL pieces are a significant step up from the regular releases — taller, wider in the chamber and noticeably heavier. This is a centrepiece rather than a bedside piece.
